By participating in the LilStarz Kids Photo Contest Championship, you confirm that:

• The participant (child) is below 11 years of age.
• The parent or legal guardian is creating and managing the account.
• You agree that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
• You are an Indian resident or have permission to participate from your country of residence.

2. Account Registration

Parents/guardians must create an account to participate. You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal details and relationship to the child.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Be fully responsible for all activities conducted from your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

3. Uploading Photos

By uploading any photo, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner of the image or have explicit rights to use it.
• You give LilStarz permission to display the photo publicly on the website.
• Photos do not contain adult, harmful, violent, or inappropriate content.
• The photo is of the child participant only.
• Photos are original and not copyrighted by others.

4. User Responsibility & Content Removal

All responsibility for photos, captions, comments, or any content uploaded to the LilStarz platform lies solely with the parent or legal guardian.

• If any photo or content is found to be harmful, inappropriate, misleading, offensive, illegal, or copyrighted, the user will be fully responsible.
• LilStarz shall not be held liable for any legal, social, or personal consequences arising from user-uploaded content.
• LilStarz reserves the full right to remove, delete, hide, or permanently block any photo or content from the website without prior notice.
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

5. Photo Usage Rights

By participating, you grant LilStarz the right to use the uploaded photos for:

• Website display and contest galleries
• Contest promotion and marketing
• Social media posts and announcements
• Winner announcements and features

You may request removal of the photo at any time by contacting support. Removal requests will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Voting System

Votes may be acquired through:

• Daily free votes (if applicable)
• Paid votes using coins or premium options
• Referral rewards and bonus votes
• Contest participation rewards

Any attempt to generate fake votes, misuse systems, or use bots may result in immediate disqualification.

7. Rewards & Prizes

Rewards such as coins, badges, certificates, or cash prizes (if applicable) are subject to contest rules. LilStarz reserves the right to:

• Modify prize structures without prior notice
• Cancel rewards for fraudulent activity
• Verify the identity of winners before prize distribution
• Substitute prizes of equal or greater value

8. Payment, Coins & Withdrawals

If purchasing coins or redeeming cash:

• No refunds will be issued once coins are credited to your account.
• Withdrawals are subject to verification and minimum limit requirements.
• Incorrect payment details may delay or cancel transactions.
• All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (₹).

9. Referral Program

Referral rewards are granted when your referred user signs up and completes required actions. Abuse of the referral system may lead to account suspension.

• Referrals must be genuine and not created through fake accounts
• Referral rewards may be revoked if fraudulent activity is detected
• Each user can earn referral rewards up to a specified limit

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate, copyrighted, or false content
• Create multiple accounts for cheating or vote manipulation
• Use hacks, bots, or fraudulent tools to gain unfair advantage
• Harass, bully, or abuse other participants or staff
• Attempt to disrupt website functionality or security
• Share login credentials with others

11. Website Content & Ownership

All website content including logos, designs, texts, and graphics is owned by LilStarz. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

• User-uploaded content remains the property of the uploader
• LilStarz retains the right to display user content as per these terms

12. Disqualification Rights

LilStarz reserves the right to disqualify or suspend any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Grounds for disqualification include:

• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Multiple account creation
• Inappropriate content submission

LilStarz makes no guarantees regarding contest outcomes, application uptime, or uninterrupted service. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

• We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control
• Contest results are final and not subject to appeal
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel contests at any time
• All decisions by LilStarz administration are final
