Official guidelines for earning, conversion, and withdrawal of real money on LilStarz platform

1. How to Earn Coins

• Daily Lucky Box: Play up to 3 times daily and win up to 100+ coins per box.
• Refer a Friend: Share your unique referral code and earn 20 coins instantly when your friend registers and completes their first activity.
• Support & Earn: Get 1 coin for every 5 votes you give to contestants.
• Contest Participation: Upload photos in contests — top performers receive special bonus coins from administration.

2. Coin to Cash Conversion Rules

• Conversion allowed only in multiples of 200 coins (200, 400, 600, 800, etc.)
• Converted cash is instantly added to your wallet balance
• Once converted, coins cannot be reverted back to coins
• No maximum limit on daily conversion
• Only verified accounts can convert coins

3. Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal amount must be ₹100 or more
• You must enter your correct and valid UPI ID (example: name@upi, 98xxxxx001@oksbi, etc.)
• Please double-check your UPI ID before submitting — wrong UPI ID may result in failed or delayed payment
• Payments are made only through UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 2 working days after approval
• You will receive the full requested amount — no fees or deductions
• Account must be fully verified (phone + email) to withdraw
• Once payment is sent, it cannot be cancelled or reversed
• Admin may request KYC documents for high-value withdrawals
• If your withdrawal request is rejected or cancelled for any reason, the full amount will be automatically refunded back to your wallet balance.

4. Fair Play & Account Policy

• Only one account per person is allowed
• Multiple/fake accounts will be permanently banned with zero payout
• Use of VPN, bots, scripts, or auto-voting tools is strictly prohibited
• Buying/selling votes or referrals is not permitted
• Any fraud will lead to immediate account termination
• All decisions by LilStarz administration are final
